Please respect the Art

Don’t touch, climb or sit on, kick, hit, or lick the art (unless otherwise directed by the artist or team). We love art and know that you do, too. So, please help us protect the work. Artwork can be very fragile and easily damaged by just the oils in your fingers and hands. We recommend keeping an arm’s length distance from the work.

Our top priority is the safety of our community, visitors, artists, and team members. All public spaces, including the Shop, and Grounds are open to all and we welcome you for your next visit.

Photo by Steve Heaslip, Cape Cod Times

A joyful, hands-on creative environment designed for kids aged 4–10, the Art Barn has ALL the stuff! From paper and paint to glitter and glue, from pipecleaners and googly eyes to cardboard and clay, we have everything you need to MAKE something! Grab a smock and get started!

BIG NEWS! After a great partnership with HyArts/ARTS Barnstable at the Guyer Art Barn in Hyannis, we are thrilled to announce that we are moving our awesome kids' makerspace to our main location in Yarmouth!

The move will allow us to better serve our visiting families with on-site parking, outdoor spaces, free galleries, and so much more!

The newly-named Treehouse maker studio will re-open in April upstairs in the Education Wing and will feature new hours:  Mon-Fri 10am-4:30pm and Saturdays 10am-2:30pm!  The Treehouse will also be available for kids' classes, special events, vacation programming, and birthday party rentals.

The Hyannis Art Barn location will close on February 28 and reopen as the Treehouse at the Cultural Center in Yarmouth in April!
